Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason.

How to return an order: write to us through our contact page with your order number and we will tell you how to send it back. Please do not send the product without contacting us first.

Conditions: the product must be returned with all its pieces, in its original box and without damage from misuse. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund: we will refund you using the same payment method within 14 calendar days of you notifying us of the return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it was sent.

Faulty or incorrect products: if your order arrives damaged or is not correct, contact us and we will solve it at no cost to you. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
